Our Mission
Our mission is to blend mindful learning with an advanced, custom-designed curriculum that helps every child stay a step ahead of traditional grade-level requirements. We believe that real education happens when students are challenged to think critically, explore creatively, and build confidence through mastery.
At Enrich, our goal is to provide students with rich learning experiences that extend beyond textbooks and testing. Through specialized programs like Private School Entrance Prep, Math Olympiad Training, and College Entrance Preparation, we equip learners with the skills and mindset needed to succeed at every stage of their academic journey.
Our teachers are dedicated mentors who guide students toward academic excellence while fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. We believe that when learning is joyful, when children are free to explore, and when confidence endures — success follows naturally.
Our Founder
Reena Joglekar
M.A, M.Edu, Enrich Learning NJ
Reena Joglekar, founder of Enrich Learning NJ, has more than a decade of experience in one-on-one teaching and academic consultation. She holds a Master’s degree in Education from the College of Saint Elizabeth in New Jersey, and both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from the University of Mumbai, India.
Coming from a family of teachers, Reena’s passion for education is deep-rooted. Her early experiences as a childhood educator allowed her to observe how children think and learn. Later, as a private tutor, she saw first-hand how a strong student–teacher relationship transforms learning outcomes.
Her research at the College of Saint Elizabeth focused on this very principle — that “no significant learning can occur without a significant relationship.”
Reena’s connection with her students and parents inspired her to establish Enrich Learning NJ, a place where teaching is personal, learning is joyful, and every student’s success story begins.
